Develop a 10 year capital plan for the Village to proactively forecast budget needs and better prioritize grant funding opportunities.
Prioritize comprehensive storm water projects that can resolve decades old flooding challenges providing next generation weather adaptability.
Increase funding levels to meet the growing number of aging streets, watermains, and light poles from our “boom” in the 70s-80s.

Roselle and 15 locally owned businesses were named the best in the suburbs. We should double down on the fact we are a thriving place for local companies and not play to corporate chains.
Develop a strategic regional marketing plan to boost awareness of the community, events, and business opportunities in Roselle.
Leverage placemaking strategies to grow traffic for existing businesses and help attract the attention of growing small businesses.
Harness the launch of the new Development Services Department to reduce turnaround time and make doing business with the Village even easier.
